Welcome to Content Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Content Studio website, dashboard, and AI-powered content creation tools (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must register for an account and verify your email address to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Subscription Plans and Credits
The Service is offered under a Trial plan and paid Personal and Business plans. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of AI generation credits. Credits reset according to your plan's billing cycle and do not roll over unless otherwise stated. We may change plan pricing or features with notice through the Service.
3. AI-Generated Content
Content Studio uses third-party AI models to generate various types of content, including stories, scripts, images, videos, and related creative content based on your prompts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable for all audiences, and we make no guarantee as to its quality, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Your Content and Ownership
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the content you create using the Service, including drafts and published projects. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. Content posted within the Creator Hub (communities, posts, comments, and related media) is also owned by the user who created it, subject to these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that violates the rights of others. Content posted in the Creator Hub must also comply with these rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Marketplace
If you list or purchase digital products through the Content Studio Marketplace, you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you list, and for complying with applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Partner Program
If you participate in the Content Studio Partner Program, you agree to the separate Partner Program Terms available at /partner-program/terms. You are responsible for ensuring your referral activities comply with applicable laws and these Terms. Commissions are paid according to the Partner Program Terms, and we reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content.
10. Creator Hub
The Creator Hub is a community feature that allows users to create and join communities, post content, comment, like, and report content. Content posted in the Creator Hub is owned by the user who created it, subject to the Terms. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates the Terms or is reported by other users. Moderation reports are stored for moderation purposes. We may remove the Creator Hub feature entirely in the future.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves, including when new features are added, existing features are changed, or features are removed. Material changes will be reflected in a new version of these Terms, published on this page with an updated effective date and version number.
