This Privacy Policy explains how Content Studio ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and AI content creation Service.
1. Information We Collect
- **Account information:** name, email address, and authentication data, collected when you register and verify your account.
- **Usage data:** the projects, drafts, prompts (category, subcategory, style, concept), and generated content you create using the Service, along with credit usage and plan information.
- **Payment-related information:** if you subscribe to a paid plan, billing details are processed by our payment provider once payment processing is enabled; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
- **Partner information:** if you apply to or participate in the Content Studio Partner Program, we collect additional information such as full name, email, country, company name, website, social media URLs, partner categories, audience size, preferred language, estimated monthly reach, promotion plan, prior experience, portfolio URL, and referral code.
- **Creator Hub data:** community information, posts, comments, likes, and moderation reports created or interacted with by you. This data is stored for community functionality and moderation purposes.
- **Preferences data:** language, appearance, notification settings, and deletion request status that you set in your account settings.
- **Country data:** the country of origin collected from request headers during registration.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to: operate and improve the Service; generate content on your behalf using third-party AI providers; manage your subscription, plan, and credits; communicate with you about your account; maintain the security and integrity of the Service; and manage the Partner Program, including tracking referrals, calculating commissions, and processing payments.
3. AI Processing and Third-Party Providers
When you request AI-generated content, your prompts and inputs are sent to third-party AI model providers (for text, image, video, etc.) for processing. We also use Supabase for authentication and data storage. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as our authentication/database provider, AI model providers, payment processor MyFatoorah, and video generation provider Higgsfield), or when required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us using the details on our website to exercise these rights.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including Row Level Security on our database, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
